1.All pupils must hold a current and valid provisional licence.
2.Any pupil wishing to cancel a lesson must give 24 hours notice or a fee may be charged.
3.Cancellation fees are as follows.... for a 1 hour lesson £15.00, for a 2hr lesson £30.00,a no show or pupils who forget the lesson was booked may result in the whole of that lesson being charged for.
4.There will be no smoking in any driving school cars. Pupils who wish to smoke may do so at any time on the lesson but outside the cars in a safe place.
5.To take advantage of the first lesson free offer, pupils must commit to a block booking of 10 hours or more and never have had taken any lessons from Chris Blackburns Driving School before.
6.The loyalty bonus scheme is only to be used on the day of the driving test and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7.If a pupil leaves the driving school before taking a driving test then the Stars they have gained become invalid.
8.Stars gained on the loyalty bonus scheme have no cash value.
9.Passengers are not permitted under any circumstances.
10.Prepaid lessons are only valid for a period of 6 months.
11.All test fees are to be paid in advance before any test is booked by the driving school.
12.All lessons must be paid for.
